All PLATTER BOXES and PLATTER BOARDS are required to be paid in FULL to secure your booking date and time. JUST GRAZING THROUGH does not recommend keeping or consuming left over food after events completion. If needed CHEESE KNIVES can be organised for hire with PLATTER BOARDS at an additional fee and must be returned with the PLATTER BOARD and JARS.
All GRAZING TABLES are set up at your event and venue require approximately 1- 4 hours preparation time (depending on the length of grazing table).
All GRAZING TABLE prices are valid for 14 days. All GRAZING TABLES include hire of props (if used), wooden crate boxes, boards, cheese knives, jars, native greenery and styling.
All grazing tables require an upfront 50% deposit to secure booking date and time. By paying the non-refundable 50% deposit, you have agreed to your time, date and address of booking and all terms and conditions. As well as additional fees that just grazing through owners may incur on your event during or after your booking/ event.
Remaining payment must be paid 7 days prior to the event day scheduled. Late payments incur 5% daily interest fee until payment is made. If payment is not made 2 days prior to event, the complete booking will be cancelled.
Any damage to JUST GRAZING THROUGH props incurs an additional damage fee.
JUST GRAZING THROUGH recommends all GRAZING TABLES to be set up in a location out of direct sunlight and in a well-ventilated space, under air conditioning in the hotter seasons.
JUST GRAZING THROUGH does not recommend keeping or consuming left over food after events completion.
All props, boards and utensils are to be picked up by a JUST GRAZING THROUGH staff within 1 - 3 days of event depending on STAFF schedule, drop off to JUST GRAZING THROUGH location can be arranged if preferred.
All props, utensils, jars and boards must be kept in same condition as set up otherwise incur damage fee determined by OWNERS of JUST GRAZING THROUGH.
All props supplied must be cleaned, wiped and ready for pick up and/or drop off. Props not cleaned and with food still left in or on them, when collected is unhygienic and will incur an additional fee determined by OWNERS.
Any changes to booking, including event location, time, date or dietary requirements, JUST GRAZING THROUGH must be notified no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
